Hello all!

Just wanted to give an update on my senior BFA thesis work. I showed a video of my progress to the senior class for feedback on Friday, and I got some very interesting insights. Words that were tossed around included “enigmatic” and “mysterious.” Janis said it made her uncomfortable, but in a good way, and Steve said it looked like if a bunch of punk rock kids had suddenly found themselves onstage at a big romantic story ballet. The sets, the costumes, the music, is all set for a big romantic ballet, so the punk rock kids decide to just go at it. No one could believe they’d just watched at least 8 minutes of dancing; they were riveted the entire time. I can’t wait to see where this piece will go!
